As part of the AIIS minor, students of all levels can join the INT 549NP course; Native Readings.

This course allows Native community members to congregate in a safe space where all topics of conversation are welcome. Through this course students will create their own ideas on topics associated with Native Studies, including Anthropology, Literary Studies and Chicano Studies. Through lively conversation students can come to understand Indigeous theories and methodologies and share their own thoughts with the group. Every week students will decide the reading for the following week and bring their ideas to discussion.

If you are hoping to join our community take a look at the readings we have already completed and bring your ideas to the group. We are always looking for new insight.
